Arrow Season 4 Poster Shows Off Tactical Armor Look For Oliver Queen

Oliver Queen is sporting an upgraded suit in the season 4 poster. Without sleeves the archer can stay cool while showing off the guns. The suit is dark and aggressive with motorcross-like shoulder pads and tactical armor looking arm guards. "Aim. Higher." is the tag and if the costume department's work is any clue to the new season, it looks like a good sign.
