King Soopers' Parent Company Begins Drone Grocery Delivery Service
DENVER (CBS4)- How would you like to get your groceries delivered via drone? The parent company for King Soopers, Kroger, is starting a drone delivery service.
The drones can carry up to 5 pounds. Customers will be able to order items to wherever they may be using their smartphones.
That means sunscreen delivered to the beach or pool, or maybe picnic supplies to the park.
The pilot program will begin in the Midwest.
