CSU's Bobo Prepares Players, Self For Rocky Mountain Showdown
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)- Colorado State University football coach Mike Bobo is preparing for Friday's Rocky Mountain Showdown against the University of Colorado.
Bobo will patrol the sidelines for the second year in a row. He admits he has to act a little differently now that he's no longer hidden in the press box.
"I've got to keep my composure whether things good or things bad happen, you know, and encourage the guys. We've got to just keep playing, you know. Sometimes I've lost my composure over the years and it really didn't matter when I was in the press box and I was yelling. The only people who could hear was Coach Rick and he just prayed for me and the other quarterbacks but they were sworn to secrecy that whatever was said on headphones they couldn't repeat to the guy," said Bobo.
