This locally owned bookstore sells new and used books, and inside you'll find a pirate theme complete with a pirate ship. The store's coffee shop, Half Moon Coffee Company, serves Silver Canyon Coffee from Boulder, Colorado, and is a popular space for Fort Collins networking groups. The Reader's Cove also hosts book signings and local author events. In the summer of 2010, in an effort to green their business, the store joined the Compost Posse. Combining their recycling and composting efforts Reader's Cove reduced what they would normally send to the landfill by 85%, proving that even a small business can do it's part.
