The fire, which killed three people, is considered to be suspicious. Evidence collected at the scene with the assistance of agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has been turned over to Chicago police detectives for a criminal investigation.

Advocates said the goal is to cut down on "predatory" marketing practices that disproportionately target Black consumers and young people.
