Records showed in March of last year, he plead guilty to eight felony counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. That's when he entered a first time offender program. He had 106 days time served and was given two years probation and five days of community service.
Police now say the incident, which happened in a parking lot at 500 Bernice Rd., occurred over the sale of an item that had been listed for sale on a social media site.
Police released video Wednesday of a man who is wanted for questioning in a brutal slashing attack on a woman near the DePaul University campus in Lincoln Park last week.

Menelik Jackson 24, and Jovan Battle 32, both were charged with one count of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted murder. Jackson also was charged with one count of resisting/obstructing a police officer.
"Sounds like somebody dropped the ball, heavily. And you have people such as myself who are waiting for the ball to be picked back up."
"It's unfair to me and not only to me, but all the other mothers who's waiting for an answer about the death of their loved one."
