Woman says she was raped by Brockton serial killer who remains on the loose

A woman told WBZ-TV's I-Team she believes she was raped by a killer just weeks before two bodies were found in Brockton in 2014. WBZ-TV's Chief Investigator Cheryl Fiandaca reports.
