British Adventurer Finishes 4-Year Journey Around World

LONDON (CBS) -- A woman who was rowing, biking and kayaking around the world has reached the final destination on her trip.

Sarah Outen, who departed from Cape Cod in May for the last leg of her journey, arrived at London's Tower Bridge on Tuesday.

She had to cut her row across the Atlantic short because of Hurricane Joaquin.

In a little over four years, Outen traveled more than 22,000 miles around the world, using nothing but muscle power.

She biked across Asia and North America and rowed across the Pacific, where she nearly lost her life in a typhoon.
