Police Looking For 'Person Of Interest' In Shooting Of 2-Year-Old In Roxbury
BOSTON (CBS) – Police have released images of a person of interest after a two-year-old girl was shot in Roxbury Saturday afternoon.
Officers are looking for a black man who was wearing a black helmet on a black and white scooter. The man appeared to have a beard and was wearing a red sweatshirt and grey sweatpants.
The girl was shot while she was sitting in a car on Winslow Street. The suspect on the scooter rode away from the scene towards Dudley Street.
The girl suffered non-life threatening injuries.
On Saturday, police said the girl's father, who is believed to have been the target of the shooting, is not cooperating with the investigation.
