NightSide - Ten Percent Of College Grads Think Judge Judy Is On The Supreme Court

Another startling statistic from the ACTA's report A Crisis in Civic Education revealed that one-third of Americans cannot name a single right guaranteed by the First Amendment. Anne Neal, ACTA President, joins NightSide to discuss this disturbing trend and the danger of having such a disengaged population.
