A new study conducted by the American Council of Trustees and Alumni shows that many college graduates are entering the real world with little to no understanding of how their own country works. Another startling statistic from the ACTA's report A Crisis in Civic Education revealed that one-third of Americans cannot name a single right guaranteed by the First Amendment.
