NightSide - Could This Be The Year A Third Party Candidate Wins?

BOSTON (CBS) - Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton appear more and more likely every day to be headed towards a general election showdown. But these two candidates have set records as the most disliked frontrunners the major parties have ever seen. In a new poll by Rasmussen, almost twenty-five percent of likely voters say they will either vote for someone else or skip the election entirely if forced to choose between these two candidates. Could this lack of enthusiasm open the door for a third party candidate? Who would benefit more from low voter turnout?
