MSPCA Waiving Pet Adoption Fees For Event With Patriots Players, Cheerleaders
BOSTON (CBS) -- New England Patriots players and cheerleaders are teaming up with the MSPCA to promote pet adoption.
From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 17, the MSPCA will waive the adoption fee for available animals at its Boston shelter on South Huntington Avenue. Advanced registration is required at https://r2pbboston.eventbrite.com.
The adoption fees are being paid by Animal Planet as part of its "Road to the Puppy Bowl" promotion. Fees will be waived on a first-come, first-served basis.
Patriots lineman David Andrews and wide receiver Chris Harper, along with four Patriots cheerleaders, will be on hand to sign autographs and pose for selfies with fans.
