Eager Shoppers Arrive Early For Black Friday Deals

WRENTHAM (CBS) - Hours before the parking lots opened, bargain hunters were ready to shop.

Police had to turn away the anxious shoppers who headed for the Wrentham Premium Outlets.

The lots didn't open until after nine.

As shoppers waited, they honed their Black Friday game plans.

"I'm going to Lids, I'm going to Levis, and I have the stores and everything that I'm planning to go to," said one shopper.

But some midnight madness veterans from the Cape know better.

"Mad chaos," said another shopper. "You just run. You run for everything you can find."

Wearing the spoils of last year's trip, they came prepared to pull an all nighter.

"We have candy, a movie. We have energy drinks coffee, Thanksgiving leftovers, basically everything we need to wait until the stores open."

Experts say roughly 152 million people will be holiday shopping over the next three days.
