CAMBRIDGE (CBS) -- One woman was injured after a shooting outside a Cambridge nightclub early Sunday morning.

Cambridge Police said the shooting happened around 2:10 a.m. outside the Monroe club on Massachusetts Avenue. They said several shots were fired in front of the club as late-night establishments were closing their doors.

One woman was struck in the leg by one of the shots. She was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said no suspects have yet been identified.

After searching the area, police did find a weapon nearby on Massachusetts Avenue. They are asking anyone with information about the shooting to contact them.
