Boston Ranks #1 On List Of Best Cities For Families
BOSTON (CBS) - Parenting Magazine just ranked Boston number one in its list of best cities for families.
The magazine survey ranked 100 cities based on education, health, community, charm and culture
Some of the reasons Boston won out included artistic opportunities, before-school exercise programs, top colleges and universities, Boston Children's Hospital, great parks, historical neighborhoods, the Red Sox, and a new highway system.
The other cities that made the top five were Burlington, Vermont; Portland, Maine; Austin, Texas and Cheyenne, Wyoming.
