Massachusetts man Alan Chen found dead in Washington, DC alley
QUINCY - An investigation is underway after a Quincy man was found dead in Washington, DC.
Alan Chen's body was found late Wednesday night in an alley. Detectives believe his body was dumped there.
An autopsy is being done to determine Chen's cause of death.
