BALTIMORE - A mother from Middle River was charged with the murder of her 11-year-old daughter on Friday.

34-year-old Keyona Dillon is being held without bail after charging documents reveal that she killed her children's 4 pets before she choked and strangled her 11-year-old daughter London Olsen.

Police say when they were called to the residence on Thursday they found the girl dead in the basement of their home.

Along the 2100 block of Firethorn Road in Middle River on Friday, all seemed quiet...except just one day prior, police and medics responded to the home of Dillon for a call about cardiac arrest.

But after a thorough investigation, police discovered the gruesome truth.

"Went inside the location and located an 11-year-old, who was pronounced deceased at the scene, through their investigation they were able to determine that the mother of the victim actually murdered her inside the home," a BCoPD officer stated.

When detectives tried to interview Dillon about what happened, they say she became erratic, refusing to speak to officers, and made claims about exposing child sex rings, transexuals, and The Proud Boys.

Charging documents show it was the suspect's 5-year-old daughter who told detectives that her mother killed the family's two cats, dog, and rabbit with a hammer the night before.

The 5-year-old also said she went to the basement and saw her mother choking her sister, 11-year-old London Olsen.

"We have had some calls there before – but none specifically for this case," Det. Trae Corbin of BCoPD said.

Charging Documents

Charging documents reveal that they found London Olsen lying on the basement floor with bruising to her neck and arms.

Once Keyona Dillon was transported to police headquarters to be interviewed, she made statements about groups of people trying to set her up.

"She believes that her eleven-year-old daughter… has been having sexual relations with the father of her other three children," charging documents detailed.  "Detectives did not find any evidence that Olsen was the victim of any type of sexual abuse and it should also be noted that detectives did not find any evidence of forced entry into the house nor had there been anyone else in the house other than Keyona Dillon and her children, including London Olsen."

Keyona Dillon had a bond hearing today where she continued to display erratic behavior in front of the judge who ultimately denied her bond pending a competency hearing.
