Winter storm dumps snow across Maryland. Here's how much snow the Baltimore area got.
BALTIMORE - A winter storm in Maryland dumped about 2 to 4 inches of snow across the state Tuesday, with some southern counties seeing more accumulation.
As of Wednesday morning, WJZ's First Alert Weather Team said Deale, Md., in Anne Arundel County, received six inches of snow, while Cape St. Claire measured eight inches.

Moderate to heavy snow will continue into Wednesday morning before turning into light freezing rain and sleet.
Winter weather in Maryland
Maryland State Police said they responded to 235 crashes between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning as snow caused slick road conditions.
Troopers responded to a total of 765 calls, including 185 cases of inoperable or unattended vehicles.
"Motorists are urged to avoid unnecessary travel as Winter Storm Harlow creates dangerous driving conditions statewide," Maryland State Police warned on social media.
Officials in St. Mary's County said they responded to 14 crashes and three disabled vehicles Tuesday evening. Three of those incidents led to injuries, sheriff's officials said.
Many school districts across Maryland either canceled school, called for delays or transitioned to virtual learning for Wednesday, Feb. 12.
