Clayton County deputies say the 21-year-old man is now in custody at the same jail he tried to bring liquor, weapons, and other contraband into.
Authorities say the scheme involved the delivery of paper laced with a synthetic cannabinoid into the Cobb County jail during what were supposed to be confidential meetings between the attorney and the men in custody.
Federal prosectors say used the drones to smuggle drugs, cell phones, and other objects to inmates at federal prisons in multiple states.
