Montana's TikTok ban and school book bans raise First Amendment concerns
Montana has become the first state in the U.S. to completely ban TikTok after Republican Gov. Greg Gianforte signed the bill into law Wednesday. Plus, writer advocacy group PEN America and publisher Penguin Random House have sued a Florida school district for banning books.
