War in Ukraine raises fears of cyberattacks on critical infrastructure systems

A new report from consulting firm Accenture suggests deep web activity is increasing as the war in Ukraine escalates. Accenture found people are selling information on Russian and Ukrainian entities, such as databases and breached networks, which could be used in a cyberattack.
