Rep. Mike Turner, who is on the Senate Armed Services Committee, said on "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that the slowdown in speeds for Elon Musk's Starlink and Starshield is "something where there needs to be a congressional investigation." Secretary of State Marco Rubio said "nobody" in the U.S. government ordered any slowdown.
