Underwood says "pathway" possible on maternal health bills
Rep. Lauren Underwood, who has been trying to push bills to address maternal health care through Congress for several years, tells "Face the Nation" on Mother's Day that there is a "pathway" to getting legislation signed into law this year. "This is a problem that touches every mom and all of our families in our country," she said.
