Political vacuum grips Haiti as country is left with no elected officials

Haiti no longer has elected officials, as the last remaining senators completed their terms in office Tuesday. All that remains is an unelected prime minister, as political turmoil and gang activity consumes the nation. Jacqueline Charles, Caribbean correspondent for the Miami Herald, joined John Dickerson to discuss the worsening situation.
