Police respond to shooting at Iowa high school
Authorities are on the scene of a shooting at Perry High School, about 40 miles outside of Des Moines, Iowa. A former New York state homeland security adviser Michael Balboni joined CBS News to discuss the procedures law enforcement officers are likely carrying out at the school.
