Iowa GOP Senate candidate to skip Vance's midterm rally

Vice President JD Vance is heading to Council Bluffs, Iowa, on Friday to rally voters ahead of the midterms. Iowa's GOP Senate candidate Rep. Ashley Hinson, will not be attending the event.
