Asa Hutchinson says "there is not a federal law to be passed" on red flag laws

Asa Hutchinson, who is running for the Republican nomination for president, tells "Face the Nation" that to prevent gun violence, investment in mental health is “important” and noted the investments made in Arkansas in school counselors, adding that “states [also] have to pick up the responsibility.”
