State Fair to reopen Sunday after fairgoers run for safety amid shooting

The State Fair of Texas plans to reopen Sunday at 2:00 p.m. This comes after shots fired Saturday night left fairgoers running for safety. Police did apprehend the suspect. Three people were shot and have non-life threatening injuries.
