Rowlett to reflect on a deadly tornado during a remembrance ceremony on Friday, Dec. 25

In 2015, a massive tornado plowed through parts of Garland and Rowlett, causing damage to hundreds of homes and some deaths. The community of Rowlett will reflect in a remembrance ceremony on Friday, Dec. 25 to honor first responders and the lives lost.
