Rogue cow wanders down Houston street during livestock show and rodeo
A cow was seen wandering down a street in Houston earlier this week, coinciding with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. The street leads away from the rodeo, and a video shows a man trying to chase the cow. The cow was quickly corralled, though not by the falling man in the video.
