Prosecution, defense share closing arguments in sentencing of Tanner Horner
The sentencing of Tanner Horner for the murder of Athena Strand is reaching its conclusion. On Tuesday, both the prosecution and defense presented closing arguments, and now the jury will work to determine if Horner will be sentenced to die or if he will spend life in prison without parole.
