Parents allege abuse of special needs children in Millsap ISD, file federal lawsuit

Three families have filed a federal lawsuit against Millsap ISD and several former school officials, accusing them of mistreating children with special needs in a special education classroom. Filed on Tuesday, the suit names the district and four individuals.
