Mexican cartel leader 'El Gato' connected to Southlake slaying arrested
The Mexican Attorney General's Office announced the arrest of cartel member José Rodolfo Villareal-Hernandez, aka El Gato, for the 2013 killing of Juan Jesus Guerrero Chapa in Southlake.
