Local organization calls for Sheriff Waybourn to step down

The group United by Justice and other organizations came together to address concerns after a string Tarrant County Sheriff's office says there have been 63 deaths since 2017 that are connected to that jail. They're calling for a federal investigation into the jail and want Sheriff Waybourn to step down.
