Israel agrees to 4-hour airstrike pauses for civilians to flee

The White House says Israel has agreed to daily four hour pauses in airstrikes in order to allow civilians to flee the war zone in northern Gaza. The so-called tactical pauses are actually already underway by the federal government has started to prepare for a possible shutdown.
