Highland Park mom creates bracelets to honor flood victims

Jewelry designer Jeny Baker is using her craft to bring comfort after the deadly Hill Country floods. From her home studio in Highland Park, she’s handmaking bracelets to honor victims, including young campers from Camp Mystic. All proceeds go to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund.
