Grand jury hands down indictment in Millsap ISD abuse investigation
The Parker County District Attorney confirmed the former Millsap ISD Superintendent, Edie Martin and three paraprofessionals are now indicted for failure to report child abuse. The DA says it's a class "A" misdemeanor.
Video surfaced earlier this year that appears to show the abuse of a boy with autism. Ten-year-old Alex Cornelius, who is also non-verbal, appeared to be slapped by a special ed teacher.
