Friend of woman killed in Arlington parking lot says she was a mother and grandmother
Jeanettea Flores honored her friend in front of the restaurant where she worked saying, "She's such a good person, a godly person, and she would just give. And if you didn't have anything...she'd say you can come back." Police ask that anyone with information contact the police department.
