Freeze watch issued as coldest air of season moves into North Texas

North Texas enjoyed mild weather Saturday, but forecasters warn big changes are coming. A strong cold front is moving through the region, bringing the coldest air of the season. The National Weather Service has issued a freeze watch from 9 p.m. Sunday through Monday morning, with temperatures expected to dip below freezing earlier than the typical first freeze date of Nov. 22.
