Dozens of retired USPS workers have waited months to receive retirement benefits
The US Postal Service says it's implementing a cash conservation plan and will temporarily suspend contributions to its pension plans. At the same time, CBS News Texas learned that dozens of retired USPS workers have been waiting months just to receive their retirement benefits with little to no explanation for the delays.
