DFW Airport, American Airlines continue to have most flight disruptions after winter storm

Monday, Jan. 26, American Airlines Chief Customer Officer issued an apology to the thousands of passengers across the country impacted by the winter storm. The airline has been impacted the most by flight cancellations.
