Dallas County confirms first measles case of 2025

A woman in her mid-20s has become Dallas County’s first confirmed measles case of the year. She was fully vaccinated and asymptomatic, making the case unusual. She was contagious from May 30 to June 7 and visited two public locations in Plano during that time.
