Colin Allred drops out of Democratic primary for Texas Senate seat, to run for U.S. House

In a last-minute shake-up, Democrat Colin Allred announced Monday morning he is dropping out of the U.S. Senate race in Texas, as Rep. Jasmine Crockett is set to enter the Democratic primary for the race. Jack Fink has more.
