Bobcat surprises Collin County family in yard visit

A Collin County family had an unexpected visitor in their yard—a bobcat. While it may have just been passing through or searching for food, Texas Parks and Wildlife reminds residents that bobcats are native to Texas and usually avoid people. However, ongoing construction is pushing wildlife into more populated areas.
