Artists support Dallas child abuse victims through fundraiser

Nearly 28,000 child abuse cases were reported in Dallas County last year—roughly one every 20 minutes. To support young victims, the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center relies on its annual fundraiser, which this year features original artwork donated by local artists. Dallas painter Ken Womack is among those contributing, creating a custom piece to help raise funds for the center’s vital services.
