Arrest made in East Plano peeping case involving teen girl, officials say

Plano police have arrested a man in connection with a series of alleged peeping incidents at a teen girl’s bedroom window. The girl’s mother had previously shared surveillance video showing someone lurking outside the window at night, claiming it happened at least 10 times.
