Arlington woman learns pet returns aren’t always simple

An Arlington woman adopted a puppy to comfort her elderly mother but soon realized the dog’s high energy and teething behavior made it a poor fit. When she tried to return the puppy, she learned the Arlington Animal Shelter only allows returns within two weeks.
