Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was killed during rehearsals when a bullet was discharged from a gun Alec Baldwin was holding,
The cold open skit marked Baldwin's return to the comedy sketch show after the "Rust" involuntary manslaughter case was dismissed in July 2024.
Gloria Allred, an attorney for Halyna Hutchins' parents and sister, said she "respectfully disagrees" with the court's decision.
Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer dismissed the case with prejudice based on the misconduct of police and prosecutors.
