They say what is one man's trash is another man's treasure, and that is how the story of the Texas Truck Yard in Dallas began.
"This was an actual junkyard but I said this is a gold mine" said Texas Truck Yard owner Jason Boso.
The atmosphere is a mixture of fun, creative and just plain crazy. They have an old Airstream trailer turned into a bar that just happens to have 1800 rubber duckies glued to the roof. A flatbed truck turned into the stage and much more.
The recipe for success is as brilliant and it was creative. Take their signature Cheese Steaks served from an old fashioned grill, then mix in rotating food trucks.
"You can eat Italian here on Tuesday and Greek on Wednesday and Mexican on Thursday" Jason added.
Add a full bar, craft beer and some Texas music and you have the coolest place in North Texas to spend some time.
