Every year, the festival raises the bar, but this year it is reaching new heights—literally.

"Jazz & Silks" is a one-of-a-kind blend of live jazz music and aerial silk performance, set to take over the festival stage.

"It was something that we just wanted to try," said Nichole Belford, theater manager. "Since this is the first year we have activated the space with Taste, we wanted to do something that was completely different and new."

The 22-minute performance features two aerialists suspended high above the theater ground, performing to a live jazz band.

"We've worked so hard. We can't wait to show everyone," said Gigi Davison, a performer.

The shows will happen all weekend long at the Terry Martin Main Stage and are free to the public.
